Vinyl Banner Printing

In recent years, vinyl banners have become more popular as an advertising medium. Vinyl banners are replacing more traditional signs because of durability, versatility and inexpensive cost. Whether you're celebrating your team's big victory or advertising your business's latest sale, vinyl banners can be used to promote almost anything.

Typical Vinyl Banner Materials

Vinyl banners are designed to be effective in both indoor and outdoor environments. Typically, vinyl banner printing uses high quality vinyl and ink. This allows the banners to remain vibrant and attractive for over three years.

Typical Vinyl Banner Components

  • Heavy Duty 9oz to 13oz Vinyl Material
  • Double Stitched Hems all 4 sides
  • 4 or more Grommets Placed (Ready to Hang)
  • Hi Quality CMYK Processing
  • Ready to hang
  • Grand Format Printing (Up to 8' X 150')
  • Free Webbing on (3' X 30' or larger banners)

  • Vinyl Banner Printing Process

In the modern age, most banners are printed on vinyl digitally. In the past, the process was to manual apply silk screening. Now, silk screening is done digitally and it allows for photographs and other high resolution graphics to be used. In the past, this was impossible. Today, images are scanned or created in the computer using sophisticated graphics programs. The way your banner will look is created in the same program and then sent to a digital printer.

The printer applies high quality CMYK inks to the vinyl that is used for your banner. These inks are fade resistant and highly durable. This is not the final stage of the banner, however. The final step is to hem the edge of the vinyl, insert grommets and finish it with other hardware.

Because the vinyl banner printing process is less labor intensive these days, it has become an affordable and quick advertising option.
